Joe Stitt Memorial Scholarship
Background: Joe Stitt is remembered for the lives he touched through his dedication to family, gift of writing, love for reading, and passion for sports. He had a special way of using his love for sports to teach life's lessons. His positive, energetic life force brought out the best in those around him. His contributions to the community have left a long-lasting impact inspiring athletes and their families. Joe passed away in December 2001 after a three-year battle with cancer.
Criteria: This scholarship is to be awarded to a graduating senior at Berea-Midpark High School.

- Student must have made a substantial contribution to the community.
- Student must have had an active involvement in athletics at any level.
